The Chantilly-Tiffany is a rare and beautiful breed of cat that originated in the United States. The Chantilly-Tiffany cat was developed in the 1960s by breeder Jenny Robinson. Robinson crossed a sable Burmese cat with a chocolate-point Siamese cat, and the resulting kittens were the foundation of the Chantilly-Tiffany breed.

The Chantilly-Tiffany was originally known as the Chantilly, but the name was changed to Chantilly-Tiffany in the 1990s to avoid confusion with another breed of cat known as the Chantilly. The Chantilly-Tiffany is now recognized by the Cat Fanciers' Association (CFA) and The International Cat Association (TICA).
