Established in 1989 Kalame Cattery situated on a 3 1/2 acre property in Bannockburn is only 20 minutes from Geelong on the Midland highway in Victoria Australia. Registered with the governing council of the Cat Fancy of Victoria (Australia). Faye Martini Jakson is a breeder of Prestigious British Shorthairs, specialising in Blue. All breeding cats are tested and PKD tested negative. Kalame strives to breed quality not quantity maintaining a well earned reputation within the community.
