Welcome to Ancroft Cattery, the home of aristocrat British Shorthairs and elegant Cornish Rex. My name is Anne, and I am a Registered Breeder/Exhibitor with the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy Victoria. My partner and I are passionate about breeding British Shorthairs with sound temperament, health, and type. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of loving and rearing a diverse range of animals. From rescued moggies, Burmese cats, Australian Mists, Australian Silky Terriers, and German Shorthair Pointers to various breeds of finches and guinea pigs, my devotion to animals started from my early childhood. As a Master Pet Groomer with 27 years of experience, I have had various domestic Pet Care industry roles. I believe it is essential to provide high-quality diets, required veterinary attention, and excellent behavioural and environmental enrichment for all my furry family members. Together with my partner, we pride ourselves on utilizing our many years and wealth of experience to provide extra special love and care for all our cats and kittens. Our sole intention is to pass on our knowledge and support to new and past British Shorthair parents/families, with the assurance that we have raised well-socialized and well-balanced healthy kittens from CHAMPION AUSTRALIAN and IMPORTED BLOODLINES.
